Service Regulations
The Service Operator hosts content generated by the user (hereinafter referred to as the User) visiting the Service internet pages. In using the Service, the User undertakes to observe these Regulations.
Use of the Service
The User may use the Service exclusively to view the information contained within its pages and to generate their own contents using the available forms of the Service web pages. The User is not allowed to use someone else's personal data or methods of payment. The User undertakes not to use the Service contrary to the applicable law or these Regulations or in a manner that might adversely affect the Service operation or other Service Users.
Services
The Service Operator enables access to information about sea angling, the generation and up-dating of information regarding their fishing boats by the boat owners, the presentation of opinions about fishing grounds and boat owners' services, and the creation of photo galleries by registered Users.
Fees
Any fees for the use of the Service are shown in the enclosed Price List which is an integral part of these Regulations. The Service Operator reserves the right to amend the applicable Price List from time to time and to grant individual price discounts to any Users of their choice.
The Operator is a VAT payer and issues VAT invoices for the services purchased by the User.
User obligations
By choosing to use the Service, the User accepts these Regulations.
Copyrights
The Service contains copyrighted documents, protected trade marks and other materials. The Service Users undertake to use any Service content for their own personal purposes only.
Disclaimer of warranty and liability
The Service Operator disclaims any responsibility for the use and reliability of the Service contents, in particular user-generated contents.
Newsletter
The User agrees to receive newsletters at the email address they provide during registration with the Service. The User may waive obtaining a newsletter at any time. Newsletters are sent not more frequently than every 30 days. The Operator reserves right to include advertisements within the newsletter contents. The Operator guarantees that newsletters will be emailed free of any viruses or spy software.
Miscellaneous
Any disputes that may arise in connection with the provision of services via the Internet by the Service Operator shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts. The Operator reserves the right to make unilateral amendments to or modifications of this document. The amendments and modifications will be published on this web page.
